Description from google doc
The book takes place in the Star Wars Universe, right after the first movie Star Wars: A new hope and right before Star Wars: the Empire strikes back. In particular, my setting atmosphere is end of the book. Quite literally. Han Solo, Chewbacca, and a man from the rebellion, who has important data, are in the Millenium Falcon. Hovering above the planet they just exited, with the man they just rescued. Along with a second ship, with Solo’s friend Delia, and her bouncer Curtis. Gaining on them is a large Imperial Star Destroyer. Being led by Commander Beck. Commander Beck is an imperial woman. A high ranked officer, still on the chase from her task in the Imperial Security Bureau. Failing thus far to capture the rebel man, she boards the Star Destroyer, and order that both ships are to be caught in the tractor beam. Unfortunately the ships were not in range yet. The scene takes place as in intense moment. Beck is on the bridge of the ship, shouting orders, and stressing over her mission. Delia’s ship is hit by one of the TIE fighters, and they have to wait for their transmitter to recover. So Han has to fight off the other enemies, while Delia and Curtis’s ship recovers.
My Atmosphere consists of Death Star ambiences, many blaster noises, droid sounds, and space effects. All adding to the setting of one character in the command centre of a Star Destroyer, and the other out in space, warding off enemy ships. Even though it does not take place on a death star, the noise of one still has very similar people, functions, and shares the Imperial feel. The blaster and gunshots are a given, with either side shooting away, one trying to escape, the other trying to capture. Droids are frequently on either ship, serving humans and aliens alike in the Starwars universe, so it only made sense to add them. As well as the space noises. With everything, no matter what taking place in space.
